The client brief called for the creation of a sanctuary above an existing Edwardian residence to accommodate a master bedroom with day-bed, separate study, dressing room and bathroom. All spaces open to private terraces. The north facing terrace features a cascading water feature and an outdoor shower. There are views of the terrace and beyond to the Southbank sky-line. The spatial flow is enhanced by seamless wall planes, minimal detailing, soft timber tones and controlled sources of natural light.
