Remodeled to provide entertaining areas inside and out, this residence features an outdoor pool as the design centre-piece. Sandstone pavers lead to a linear water feature defining an entry path to the front door. The lower terrace features dry-stack stone walls defining pool, entertaining and sun-bathing areas and has interlinked umbrella structures at the northern end. The upper terrace is defined by raised concrete rendered planter boxes leading directly into the living room. The living room and separate study were re-configured and refitted to house cabinets, bookshelves and a seating area overlooking the pool.
