The design responds to the site opportunities and streetscape issues on Glenferrie Road Hawthorn, to accommodate 13 apartments over 3 levels with basement parking. The northern façade is set-back from the boundary in order to enhance its northern aspect. Balconies and private open space help articulate this elevation. The greater set-back together with the fall of natural ground level, allows for the entry basement ramp to be accessed from the north-west corner off Glenferrie Road. Along the southern façade are the services and the circulation paths.
