RT Edgar asked us to redesign the shop for a state-of-the-art real estate agency.
The brief included making the agency experience more like a café.

The fit-out was both sophisticated and welcoming. The entry canopy to Church Street is dramatic. The Alucobond canopy is a double height form that creates an urban marker in the strip. The stainless steel and glass awning help reduce the scale of the streetscape and welcome customers into the agency.
